Multi-Purpose Liquid Repellant
H2O Armor is a single-step sealant, protectant, and liquid repelling spray that goes on clear, but dries to a light haze that, if desired, can be buffed to a high clear shine on most hard surfaces. Non-toxic when dry.
• One-step application
• Resists harmful UV rays
• Non-peeling/flaking formula
• One aerosol can will cover approximately 15 sq. ft.
• Also available in 1 and 5 gallon containers for larger or industrial applications.
FOR USE ON: Metal, wood, aluminum, galvanized metal, concrete, masonry, stone, paper, cardboard, fiberglass, most plastics, leathers, fabrics, canvas, and much more. Test in an inconspicuous area before treating the entire surface. Not intended to be applied to electronic devices.
PAINTING CONDITIONS: Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Use when temperature is above 50°F and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Avoid spraying in windy, dusty, or wet conditions.
SURFACE PREP: Remove dirt and debris from area, and only apply on dry surfaces. Cover and mask vegetation and areas to avoid overspray.
COATING APPLICATION FOR AEROSOL:
1. Shake can vigorously for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle (repeat often during use). If mixing ball fails to rattle DO NOT STRIKE CAN, contact Advanced Armor.
2. Spray approximately 6-12 inches from the surface. A test spray on cardboard is recommended to get a feel for the spray pattern.
3. Some applications may require more than one coat to achieve desired protection. Multiple thin coats are better than one thick coat. Allow surface to dry completely before adding a second coat.
4. Test spray in a small inconspicuous area before spraying the entire surface, some surfaces may become darker/lighter.
5. H2O Armor should be reapplied when water no longer beads up or rolls off of the surface.
HUNTING APPLICATIONS: Items that require no scent should be sprayed a few days prior to hunting to allow them to air out so the scent has time to dissipate. Shotguns and rifles should also be sprayed at least one hour prior to use to ensure that all vapors have had time to dissipate. For use on exterior of firearms only. Keep off of action and moving parts. H2O Armor is meant as a topical treatment only to help resist rust and water damage.
AEROSOL CLOGGING: After each use, turn can upside down and press spray nozzle until only clear gas comes out. If valve clogs, wear eye protection, twist and pull off spray tip, and rinse it in a solvent such as mineral spirits. Do not stick a pin or other objects into the spray button opening.
CLEAN UP: Wipe off button opening before storing. Clean up wet or dry coating with mineral spirits. Dispose of can in trash pick-up. Do not burn or place in home trash compactor. Avoid exposing treated surfaces to detergents, soaps, oils, solvents, or high-pressure water. Use only low-pressure water to clean treated surfaces. Also avoid scrubbing with brushes or abrasive cleaners.
